PE 100 sheet material

Profilplast supplies PE 100 sheets for various applications in different dimensions. The sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 1 millimeter to 200 millimeters.

PE 100 sheets are available in both extruded and pressed forms. A pressed sheet contains fewer internal stresses than an extruded sheet. The choice between pressed or extruded sheets depends on the specific application.

We provide PE 100 sheets of defined quality, ensuring consistently high standards due to the homogeneity of the raw material (granules). This defined quality allows for calculations based on a tensile strength at 50 years, 20°C, medium water = 10.0 MPa.
